The home is an older home that has been remodeled throughout the inside living quarters (see pictures). It consists of 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and can sleep 24 people in beds. The property resides on a channel within striking distance of the main open lake. Two state record catches were caught within 100 yards of this property. This house offers the lowest rate of any 6 bedroom waterfront home in the New Braunfels area equipped with a private swimming pool.

Randy graduated from Seguin High School and SWTSU (Texas State University) with a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems in 1985. He continued his schooling in 1997 with graduate work leading to the first awarded Texas Assistant Living Administration Certification. Nineteen students were among this elite group awared the first ever certificate.

Randy has owned in excess of 30 commercial and residential properties throughout Central Texas and currently owns property in 7 cities spanning 4 counties. In addition to over 20 years of property management, Randy owns a successful software development business in Austin, Texas. His company is listed on the Texas Vendor Approval List (QISV) and conducts business in both the public and private sector. The business is also a member of the state managed CMBL. Randy celebrates 25 years of software development this upcoming 2008 year.

Randy rehabs and remodels homes in his spare time. His most successful project was the building of the New Jerusalem Church in Buda Texas. With the help of two local homeless citizens, Randy built the 1650sq ft church from the ground up. The church features 10 ft ceilings, recessed lighting, 100% brick siding, a bathroom, an office, and much more. No subcontractors or volunteers were used in this project.
